We provide alumni (members of alumni associations) with browsing, borrowing, and copying services as follows.

◎Number of books and period of loan: 2 books, 2 weeks (advance reservation and renewal of the loan period are not available).
Reference books, serials, audiovisual materials, and other materials specifically designated by the library director may not be checked out.
Certain designated books and other materials specified as themes for class assignments may not be available for loan for a specified period.
◎Procedures: Please come to the library in person to complete the procedures.
First-time visitors will be issued a “Library User Card”. Please provide your student ID number (if you have forgotten it, you can find it at the Student Services Center or the Registrar Services Center).
Please present your user card at the time of the annual procedure to renew your library privileges. (ID required).
The library is open to the following persons for reading, borrowing, and photocopying services.
The maximum number of books that can be checked out is two, and the loan period is two weeks.
Employees of the Seirei Group and residents of the facilities
Those who have a letter of introduction from other university libraries.
Healthcare, medical care, social welfare, education, and childcare professionals.
When using the library, please apply at the counter first.
Please bring your ID card to the counter when applying to use the library.
The “user card” is valid until the end of the current fiscal year (end of March). （Registration is free of charge.)
Please bring your “User Card” to the counter for renewal procedures at the beginning of the fiscal year (ID required).
Please be sure to bring your “User Card” when you come to the library.
If you change your address, telephone number, name, affiliation, etc., be sure to report the change to the counter.
Do not lend or transfer your “User Card” to others.
If you lose your card, please contact the library immediately.
If you are found to be misusing the card, your library privileges may be suspended.
